PROJECT
Paperpulse was assigned the project of designing a new area to accommodate 20 office staff, along with provisions for a meeting room, an informal meeting area, project tables, soft seating, and a games section. Given the extensive building and fit-out requirements, we enlisted the expertise of our reliable partner, Approved Shopfitting and Interiors. Our collaboration with Approved spans various prestigious projects, ensuring a seamless process and meeting the precise standards expected by our clients.
OUR CHALLENGES
Our client required a new space not only to accommodate their recent increase in personnel but also to elevate the company’s image, strengthen its market position, and reflect its commitment to both employees and clients. Paperpulse Office was selected for our extensive expertise in integrating branding with office design, as well as our comprehension of the client’s business requirements and the significance of aligning their office space with their identity and operational style.
Throughout the project, we offered the client a comprehensive range of services, including conceptualization, design consultancy, office furniture installation, customized procurement, and selection of reputable suppliers for building works, partitioning, kitchen fittings, plumbing, and decoration. Upon learning that the client had encountered issues with a supplier not recommended by us, we promptly intervened to resolve the matter, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Commencing in November 2018 with furniture and interior design decisions, the project concluded in January 2019 upon the completion and installation of bespoke furniture tailored to the client’s specifications.
SATISFACTION
We did everything in our power to ensure the process was as smooth as it possibly could be, minimising disruption and keeping the team at Client in the loop on all key stages throughout the project. Client now has an impressive new office space that is totally fit for their purpose and reflects their professionalism and high standards.
Client described the experience as “seamless” and “stress-free” despite expecting the exact opposite. They said they “couldn’t recommend Paperpulse enough” to “everyone and anyone”.
